Partnership: LG and Kodak ink joint OLED deal

Not a lot of details are coming to the surface, but Wired magazine is reporting that LG and Kodak are joining forces to share OLED secrets and technology. This is nothing but good for the industry.
For those that didn’t know, Kodak has been dipping their foot in the OLED pool for quite some time now, even if it hasn’t resulted in a lot of products with the tech being released. But this development could certainly change that.
LG could take the Kodak mojo and insert it into cell phones, TV’s and photo frames, just for starters, and could push OLED as a technology into the spotlight. Let’s just say a nice big Scarlet TV with an OLED panel has us drooling, to say the least, so we look forward to seeing what fruits this union brings forth.
